      戴小玉讲师,硕士生导师,深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”C类人才。2014年3月至今在深圳大学工作。 2009年9月获得湖南大学工学博士学位,学位论文获湖南大学优秀博士学位论文。主要研究领域包括非线性光学及应用和微结构光子学及器件等。近五年,主持国家自然科学基金1项湖南省自然科学基金1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,教育部博士点项目1项,留学回国人员项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目4项。在Scientific Report, Optics Express, IEEE Photonic Journal, Journal of Applied 

Physics,Journal  of  the Optical  Society  of  America  B,Progress In 

Electromagnetics Research, Optics Communications等国际重要刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇。

培养和协助培养硕士研究生近10名。担任Optics LettersOptics Express, Journal of Optics

和Optics Communication等国际期刊审稿人。
